Booking policy

 We look forward to receiving your written reservation agreement, and will reply with a letter of confirmation. To guarantee your reservation we request a 50% deposit (by bank transfer). Your reservation will only be valid once this deposit has been received. Short-term reservations have to be guaranteed with a valid credit card

 Cancellation policy

 Cancellation fee in any case is 25% of total reservation price (overnight stays including breakfast)

 28 Days in advance: 50% of total deposit will be refunded

 28-14 Days in advance: 100% of total deposit will be charged as cancellation fee

14-0 Days in advance: 100% of total reservation price will be charged

No-show: 100% of total reservation price will be charged

All cancellations must be received via e-mail.

In case of late arrival or early departure the agreed total reservation price will be charged.
